PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NOT PROVIDE INFORMATION TO YOU UNLESS YOU CAN PROVE YOUR IDENTITY. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR NAME. RANK, POLICE OFFICER NUMBER AND SWITCH BOARD NUMBER AT THE POLICE STATION AT WHICH YOU ARE BASED (NOTE: NOT A DDI NUMBER). WE WILL ONLY RELEASE INFORMATION TO YOU IF WE ARE ABLE TO CONTACT YOU IN THIS WAY. WE WILL NEVER RELEASE INFORMATION TO YOU WITHOUT BEING SATISFIED AS TO YOUR IDENTITY.

For SmartDots found on stolen vehicles or vehicle parts - we will supply you with a Registration Number and or a VIN Number only.

For stolen valuables and household items - we will record your contact details and provide them to the registered owner recorded on our database, in order that the owner may contact you directly.
